Yes, until a Sherpa accepts your order. Cancel from your order page for a full refund to the original payment method. After a Sherpa accepts, the customer-side cancel option closes, but our team can still cancel, refund or reschedule if something goes wrong.
How long will it take?
A 1-hour session lasts one hour. A 3-session pack is three separate sessions you schedule with your Sherpa.
