Information we collect

Order and contact details you give us at checkout, such as your name, email address, phone number and billing details. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers.
Gameplay details you share for your order, such as your platform, gamer tag and the goal you ordered.
If you choose to sign in with Bungie, read-only progress information that Bungie makes available for your account. We never receive your Bungie password.
Messages you send us through our contact form or order page.
Technical and usage data such as your device, browser and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use information

We use information to deliver and support your order, process payments, prevent fraud, answer questions, improve our website and, where you have agreed, send marketing emails or text messages.

Email and text messages

We use Klaviyo to send emails and text messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email, and you can reply STOP to marketing text messages. We may still send service messages about your orders.

Who we share information with

We share information with service providers who help us run our business, including Shopify for our store and payments, Klaviyo for email and text messaging, and our delivery team members who need your order details to play with you. We do not sell your personal information.
