How a Guardian Sherpa order works

1. Choose your goal

Pick a raid, dungeon, Trials or catalyst goal, self-play or piloted. The price is shown before you pay.

2. Check out securely

Pay through Shopify checkout, then receive a private order link by email.

3. Meet your Sherpa

Confirm your platform and schedule on your order page. A Sherpa accepts and confirms the plan.

4. Review the result

Finish the run, then review the result during the 48-hour window.

Account safety, stated plainly

Choose self-play, where you stay on your own account and we never ask for your password, or a piloted carry, where a Sherpa plays your account and needs secure access after you pay. Piloted carries carry more account risk. Bungie's rules restrict some third-party services, and no provider can promise zero risk, so read the FAQ before you order.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers. The full FAQ has more.

What is a Destiny 2 carry?

A Destiny 2 carry is a service where an experienced Guardian helps you finish an activity such as a raid, dungeon or Trials goal. At Guardian Sherpa you can choose self-play, where you play your own account, or piloted, where a Sherpa plays it for you.

What is the difference between self-play and piloted?

With self-play you stay signed in on your own account and join our fireteam by in-game invite, and we never ask for your password. With piloted, a Sherpa plays your account, so it needs secure access after payment and carries more account risk.

How much does a Destiny 2 raid carry cost?

Prices are shown on every product page before checkout, with no hidden fees. Dungeon and raid carries have a full-clear option and a flawless-goal option, and WELCOME20 takes 20% off a first order.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes. You can cancel from your private order page for a full refund until a Sherpa accepts your order. After that our team can still cancel, refund or reschedule if something goes wrong.

Is it safe for my account?

Self-play carries less risk than piloted services, but no provider can promise zero risk, and Bungie restricts some third-party services. Turn on two-factor sign-in and read our account safety page before you order.

Do you guarantee a flawless run or a specific drop?

No. A flawless run is the goal of the flawless option, not a guarantee, and drops are random. We tell you plainly how the run went.

How long does a raid carry take?

Raids and dungeons are usually a multi-hour session. Your Sherpa gives an estimate on your private order page before the run starts.

How do I choose the right service?

Ask Sherpa AI on this page. Tell it the activity and your budget and it will show matching services, prices and answers about safety, refunds and how orders work.
