Delivery Policy

Guardian Sherpa sells services, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped.

How delivery works

After checkout you receive a private order link by email. Use it to confirm your platform and a time that works for you. Your Sherpa then joins your fireteam at the agreed time.

Start times

Estimated start and finish times are shown for each service and confirmed on your order page. Times are estimates and depend on availability and the activity.
