These terms govern your use of the Guardian Sherpa website and services. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Guardian Sherpa provides Destiny 2 self-play carries and coaching. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bungie. Destiny and Destiny 2 are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms, to place an order.

3. Self-play only

All services are self-play. You play your own account and we never ask for your password. We do not pilot accounts, offer account recovery or help evade bans. Never share your login details with anyone.

4. Game rules and risk

Bungie sets its own rules and decides how to enforce them, and its policies restrict some third-party services. Self-play lowers risk but cannot remove it. You are responsible for deciding whether a service is right for you and for following the rules that apply to your account. We do not control and are not responsible for actions Bungie takes against any account.

5. Orders and prices

Prices are shown before you pay. Start and finish times are estimates and depend on availability and the activity. You agree to provide accurate details, such as your platform and gamer tag, and to be available at the time you agree.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Conduct

Treat our team and other players respectfully. We may stop a session or refuse service for harassment, cheating or abuse, and our Refund Policy applies to any unfinished work.

8. Intellectual property

The Guardian Sherpa name, logo, text and images are ours or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. No guarantees

We aim to deliver every service as described, but we do not guarantee specific in-game results, drops or rewards, which depend on the game.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Guardian Sherpa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
