Guardian Sherpa is hiring experienced Destiny 2 players to carry and coach customers through raids, dungeons, Trials of Osiris, Grandmaster Nightfalls, exotic missions and seal triumphs. Every job is self-play. The customer stays on their own account and you play alongside them in a fireteam.

Who can apply?
- You are 18 or older and can show a government photo ID.
- You have multiple raid and dungeon clears that we can check on public stat pages (raid.report, dungeon.report, trials.report or your Bungie.net profile).
- Your Bungie account is clean: no cheats, no bans, no account sharing or recovery services.
- You have a working microphone and can give clear callouts to first-timers.
- You have a PayPal account that can receive payouts in your country.

How does the application work?
- Apply (about 8 minutes) and confirm your email.
- Automatic check. We check your Bungie Name and public stat pages. If something is missing, we email you what to fix.
- Review. An admin reviews your clears and your callout answer, usually within 2 to 3 days, and may ask for a short trial run.
- Verify. Upload your ID, a selfie holding it, and a W-9 or W-8BEN tax form, then turn on two-step login and connect PayPal.
- Start carrying. The job board opens for the activities you proved.
Why do we ask for ID, a tax form and PayPal?
Your ID proves you are a real adult and that the account is yours, which protects customers. We need the tax form before we can pay any contractor; US rules require it. PayPal is the only way we send payouts.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be on PC?
No. Sherpas on PC, PlayStation and Xbox can apply, and Cross Save is supported.
Will I ever log in to a customer's account?
No. Guardian Sherpa only offers self-play carries. You play on your own account in the customer's fireteam.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within 2 to 3 days after your application passes the automatic check.
